Hello friends! I can't believe that this is the last week of the summer shape up! You're all an excellent job-let us with a surprise exit. Thank you to everyone for your hard work and participation so much - don't forget, this week in their progress to send pictures and stories. To send you along (Fitnessista at gmail dot com, topic: SSU success!), let me know if it would be OK, your story/photo in Friday parts faves

(If it your first time hearing about summer shape up, all training and information you will find in the intro post.) I will remove the passwords of this week, so that she is no longer password protected a week from today.)

It was a fun and busy weekend at our House and the topic further on this week. Our family has of key West and are here to stay until we help them movement in their Tucson place tomorrow. I'm headed to Fitbloggin' hang in a few days with blog friends (shout out to Reebok for it my kind and wonderful sponsor), and the last night, my friend Ashley and I went to a surprise party, to adopt our favorite yoga teacher.

(A Margarita with orange and rose... so aromatic and delicious)
I had a hard time finding after hot one Tucson vinyasa fit for me-the power-Yoga Studio is an hour away from anywhere in T-town and, thanks to Kyle and Meg, was I pray. We had increased our per date of yoga, and every week our group. Last week it was me, Ashley, one of our friends, Kyle and Meg, three of their friends, Trevor and Mik in a class crammed with 50 + mats:

Now that I've found a teacher and class, which I love, I am so very sad that she is on the move. This unusual teacher about what I basically about a yoga-teacher love: just the right mix of fun and kick your Asana, with a sweet and approachable personality. Whenever I left their class, I felt more centered and calm, and I have such an amazing workout. She is also a military wife, and often move is, at the same time challenging and amazing parts about the lifestyle. A on the one hand, can new places to visit, you might visit but on the other hand, otherwise as soon as you put down temporary roots and great friendships, it is very difficult to say goodbye. The good news is that it seems like cross all our paths at one or another point; many of my friends from North Carolina and Valdosta were also with us here in Tucson.
Although yesterday (Sunday) would have to take before moving I couldn't, her last class back.My body was angry from Saturday's education and events - world beat + Aqua Zumba - evil, and we had made out with LIV. I think she was so excited that her cousins are here, that she stayed all night to celebrate, even though her cousins were fast asleep. I had the feeling of an intense yoga class not the smartest move would be likely.
Sometimes, when I'm sore, I know that a little exercise actually helps the sore disappear. Dancing or walking distance to make, but intense strength/cardio feel better, are usually best saved for another day. It is a narrow ridge to know, when it would help, or simply just miserable. Just like everything, the best thing to do is to listen to your gut: your intuition will give you an indication of whether you skip them out or it sweating should.
Was the last time you were also wound to develop? What is your all time favorite recreational activity? I love a short walk or a scenic route. The foam roller is "spoil" a good option... Although I would not really call it
Well, I hope you have a very happy Monday!
You see you later today with my new obsession of salad dressing
XOXO
